STRATEGIES & SOLUTIONS

WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

NONPROFITS & GROWTH

Many social barriers make marginalized populations
virtually unemployable.

Coming home from prison, transitioning out of homelessness, and battling substance abuse are common barriers to employment, but they don't have to be.

Kohnsulting LLC has developed strategies and evidence-based practices to assure that our challenged workforce receives the same opportunities and resources as other jobseekers.

EMPLOYERS:

We work with a number of employers who remain willing to provide second chances and training opportunities to a challenged workforce. We would love to advise you on how your workplace might embrace and care for challenged employees.

Our employers are able to lean on Kohnsulting, LLC to assure the proper care and case management of our recommended employees.

EMPLOYEES & JOBSEEKERS:

If you are a returning citizen or face other barriers to employment, we want to hear from you! We work with employers around the state who are prepared to provide jobs, support, and resources required to get you back on your feet.

If you face a barrier to employment, there is no cost to you to join our network of support.
